CASP stands for the Community Wide Experiment
on the Critical Assessment of Techniques for
Protein Structure Prediction.
Now in its fourth edition (CASP4).
Groups submit prediction of x-ray and NMR
structures prior to their publication in order to test
various secondary structure prediction algorithms.
